Chris Hansen, Aptus, brought me and my home into the 21st century in just a couple of hours!! He shared his knowledge about various options for my home in a respectful way. He listened to my concerns as well as my wishes, and he catered his suggestions around those. Chris was able to work with the existing technology in my home to install new and upgraded devices. He also taught me how to use the equipment by demonstrating and then allowing me an opportunity to try it myself while offering guidance. He made sure I felt confident with the equipment before he left. Chris also encouraged me to contact him if I have any problems with the equipment in the future.
